In the 1970 there were laws that people were to wear a seat belt at all times in a moving vehicle. There was was a problem in this because the seats belts were too long for babies
and this meant that the babies could be in serious danger in an accident.
In 1984 the Rains ford company designed a seat or capsule in which the babies would be
secure while in a vehicle. the baby sits in a Bassinet with a seat belt especially designed for babies and the Bassinet is locks into a plastic capsule. the capsule is secured in the car by
a seat belt. If a car accident were to happen the capsule tilts up and swings around
